Do you ship outside the U.S?

Yes. We ship to international addresses for an additional fee.

Do you provide tracking for packages?

Yes, every package will have a tracking number. Once the payment is accepted you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped you will be notified by email with your tracking number.

What do I do if I never receive my package?

Your tracking number will provide a date of delivery. If its not received by then, please contact us and we will look into it. Please note we are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may have. However we will resolve any issues we can.

What if my package comes damaged?

We are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer satisfaction. Every time, guaranteed. Should this happen, please contact us first and put the item(s) back in its box and write “Return to Sender”

 What forms of payment do you accept?
